I've used Unique and Sierra 220 gr RN lightly tumble lubed with 45/45/10. 7.0 gr gave 1044 fps in a 10.5", and 844 fps in a 16" bolt action., You should use a chrony to help with this and look for pressure signs -flatten primer sticky case etc. Bullseye will spike quickly when your close to max load so go a couple tenths of grains. Better powders would be Unique ,Trail Boss ,LilGun etc. or slower.
