Only show this user. #1 · Jun 25, 2011 (Edited) Hi All, I've been looking for a pair of Holley 600 CFM carbs for an upcoming dual quad project 460 I'm building, when I came across these "New and Improved" Holleys with Non adjustable float bowls. I'm taking a guess these are not anything I'd want to run, but I would like to hear other opinions ...

On the primary I can insert a 5/16 inch bit under the outside end of the bowl before the end curve. On the secondary I can insert a 3/8 inch bit. So the primary end float setting is higher which goes along with my theory. I've Googled a lot and can not find any rebuild instructions for non-adjustable bowl 1850 carbs.No more slight-of-hand tricks!
