Att international plan

I have the ATT international unlimited plan. I am active duty military currently deployed. Phone will not connect to local carrier where ATT is supported. Data roaming is one. Network is set to automatic but still receiving no service. Other memvers who have ATT are getting service.

I love the idea of the International Plan as a safety net. I think I will hold onto the Esim for another trip, or until I am more comfortable with it. I purchased an Esim (Holafly) for a trip to Europe (14 days) that is happening soon. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max with an Unlimited Choice Line.
