Booger stuck in nose

I don't know if it's a bug or a booger or a scab. Ive tried blowing it and picking it and also a q tip and a little metal thing to see if I can reach the thing. It's scaring me and I can't sleep. When I stuck the q tip back up my nose a little, not far, I pulled it out and saw the tiniest amount of blood was on it.
