I have the same phone and recently discovered that option...after 3 years of aggravation. 🤦‍♂️ But the Samsung keyboard has been giving me issues and I'm trying both Microsoft Swift Keyboard and Google Keyboard to see about a switch, and searching for the option to remove the period key took me here.
