Like the title says I installed an Ecobee 3 this morning. Upon wiring everything and flipping the breakers back on I am getting no power to the Ecobee unit itself. After further investigation I am getting 11.68v between the RC wire and C wire at the thermostat on the wall. Checked the air handler itself and the 3a fuse is good and nothing seem off.The "right" thing to do here is to go check inside the air handler and see what those wires each go to there.
