Ford 302 firing order distributor cap

Bronco newbie here again looking for the firing order for the 2.9 motor. Most of the under-hood stickers are gone. The p.o. replaced the dist. cap and left the dist bolt loose, so I figure the timing is out. Also one of the cap screws is broken off in the dist housing. Looks like I'm removing the distributor to remove the broken screw.
