Post by Hoss10 » Thu Jul 29 ..., 1997 - 2003 Ford F150 - Code p0171 - Well guys, been at a loss on this one! Any advice and help is greatly appreciated. I'll describe exactly whats happened. Fuel Pump failed three weeks ago so that was replaced at the shop for a whopping six hondo. Three days later I start having these issues. Truck starts running..., p0171 and p0174 on 5.4 supercharged (SOLUTION) I got the codes p0171 and p0174 on my 03 5.4 Supercharged Harley. I had no drivability issues at all but after cleaning my MAF the codes came back. SOLUTION: I didn't hear any hissing but went ahead and followed the PCV hose that goes to the back center of the engine and removed the., Vacuum leaks, coils/plugs misfiring, burned valves, etc can ALL set an O2 lean code.
