Gmc terrain bluetooth greyed out

I have an iPhone 5 with 6.0.1, and the Equinox has Chevy MyLink with the nav sytem. When I pair the iPhone, I can initially make calls, but as others when I receive a call I have to hit transfer to hear the call via MyLink. Then, after a few hours the Bluetooth light blinks, and the connectivity between the iPhone and MyLink gets lost.
