We all hate GoZone. Something needs to happen. Here's the truth: It's over. DCTA is run by Denton, Highland Village, and Lewisville. The board is 14 members, but in reality is 5 members who can vote on major decisions. It requires 3/5ths vote to pass something. Highland Village gets one vote for 15k people.
