Advertisement The 1969 Honda Dream 30..., I am experiencing this hissing or more like a hot kettle whining noise whenever i am accelerating lightly at around 2,000 rpm to 2,300rpm.. If i gas it harder and the rpm needle jumps up, it stops. When i let go off the gas when that noise occurs, it stops. That noise only happens when im driving and appears only at those rpm range.
