How to increase dino level cap in ark

Hi, I'm really confused about how to set in my dedicated Ark Server (The Island) an higher level cap for wild dinos. I want to change it only slightly, maybe 150 or better 180 level dinos, is it possible? and I don't know how the f**** set these, currently I set my server only with DifficultyValye=1.286 and dinos can't even reach 120 in the wild.

So yeah, if you hatched a lvl 449 baby, it can only be leveled once. So the goal is at max to hatch babies at level 379. Realistically, it would take a VERY long time to hatch a dino at level 449 though, at least on officials.
