Isx blowing coolant out overflow but not overheating

My Volvo has a new multichamber coolant overflow tank that transfers coolant onto the ground. On one side of the tank, the sensor tells me I'm low on coolant, so I fill it up to the line. Then, the truck runs warm for a few hours, and coolant flows back into the other side, eventually filling up that chamber until it drains out hose to the ground.

Jul 20, 2016 · Noticed a leak. We took the front end of the car off to see where the leak was. Only to find that it was only coming from the overflow Coolant tank. Checked the spark plugs, compression test, and then finally started lookin around the radiator cap. The one on the top of the pic, is the old radiator cap. Which has lost the middle.
