Just started playing the game and i bought a house in the hub. Problem is the barkeep doesnt sell any building materials. Any idea where the closest spot is that sells them. The bar closest to the hub doesnt seem to have any either. I have a "merchants have more items" mod installed, dunno if that accidentaly removed them or something.
