I believe everything is set correctly but I cannot add my kwikset 888. I've tried adding device in z-wave js integration and in the zwavejs2mqtt add-on with every encryption option. After I start the process I click the A button on my lock once and see the red light. I've search quite a bit and I've not seen anyone have issues adding their kwikset.
