Fix for Alexa/Google Home not working. Maybe this is common knowledge, but I couldn't find it and was about to return my system before I stumbled on the problem. Alexa and GH do not support H.265 and need to be switched to H.264 to stream. Once that's done, both devices worked perfectly. (Although GH buffers a lot compared to Alexa)
