Low def light on but tank is full

DEF will not reset to full. DEF shown low in DIC. Added one 2.5 gallon jug of Blue DEF which to my knowledge is API ISO 22241. DIC still reads low and mileage dropping. I got up this morning and added another 2.5 jug. Still no reset and now it's showing 98 miles to empty.
