Scam, hidden fees, terrible customer service. I booked a trip via this company. The total price was £570. The total amount to pay was £570 but they deducted £637. I called the customer service straightaway expecting them to return the difference immediately but it was a useless phone call. Misleading prices and unhelpful customer service. Misleading prices at the start only 110 each. Then as you go though the price keeps going up . Very confusing website leading to no return booked. Customer services were very dismissive when we tried to resolve it and rip us off at every possibility for any change.Lucy2go gives me the runaround . I have been waiting for a long time for a refund and have been totally getting the run around from Lucky2go. I spoke with Frontier who told me that they didn’t have any reservation under my name and the excuse that Lucky2go gave me for the delay-that they were “waiting for a refund on Frontier’s end” was “total BS”.Having a dishwasher in your kitchen can be a great convenience, but it’s important to make sure you’re getting the most out of it.
