The only 3 things that would do that is. 1. the stop circuit, which you ruled out by disconnecting the black/yellow wire. 2. the stator, which you will go test. 3 The switchboxes, which are not testable. When trying to figure out a no spark on all situation it is a process of elimination. You start with the stop circuit, move on to the stator.You have lots to choose from. Any 2.0, 2.4, or 2.5 V6 LU with the right length driveshaft will bolt up.
