Modern warfare lagging but internet is fine

I don't know why, but yesterday I was able to play for 2 hours fine until it started lagging. Today I got to play for 1 hour before it lagged beyond belief again. I did alot of the stupid things the internet recommended, but it's still lagging.

Lag spikes every 10-15seconds consistently, until it gets to the killcam where it's 15-5ms latency. I went from wired to wireless with 0 changes's. Proper doing my head in right now and I can't figure out why considering everything else seems completely fine (was going to try rocket league but that had a 13gb download so I'm ghosting it for now).I've noticed this since day 1 of season 6 release.. normally 130-133 fps, then 10-25fps throughout the entire match. input lag makes it even less playable.
