For the no equipment challenge the equipment doesn't matter but you most likely want to at least have defeated UUG and unlocked beards, preferably after you put a decent amount in permanent levels for the first beard (that beard doesn't have a soft cap but around 1000 permanent levels will really help). Add hack hack milestones until the "Min total" is as low as possible. Adjust times until your min total is slightly above 24 hours. 25-26 hours is a nice sweet spot., Make sure to have done the 5 basic challenges for a 35% Adventure Stat boost. Then the rest is waiting for pills to help, BEAR'D to help, Adventure NGU to help, and get stronger power/cap to get those advanced training levels faster. For that, you can do other challenges also and use the EXP to buy more energy or magic., This also depends on your NGU levels, for the ones that apply to challenges (power, augments, wandoos and gold) around 5K levels is enough for what I mentioned above. No equipment (NEC) is a good one to do as well, but at 5K challenge NGUs it might still be a bit long.
