I'm thinking of modding GTAV on my PC to my liking, and then copying the changes over to the deck using various methods. Most likely Dropbox. The one thing I don't understand is the decrypting that OpenIV does. Do I need to actually run OpenIV on the deck? Or is copying the modified game over on top of the existing files enough?
