I took my NCLEX-RN yesterday morning (02/08/2020) with the new COVID19 adjustments. I started at 8a and finished around 10:25a. I had all 130 questions. So because your card number was correct and your security code was incorrect, it means that Pearson Vue actually tried to charge your card... this is the bad pop up, generally meaning you did not pass the test.
