Prusaslicer retraction settings

What settings do you all use to reduce stringing in Prusaslicer? (I have a stock MK3s+ if relevant). I know I have to work on retraction settings some but it would be nice for me to have a baseline to work with. Using a 8 mm nozzle currently.

The only way I find is to add several extruders, change rectration settings for each one and later change something in the G-code to make one extruder again. Kind of complicated and confusing. A retraction speed between 40mm/s and 80mm/s is a good place to start. Alongside this, a retraction distance of 4mm to 6mm works well for Bowden set-ups, while 1mm to 3mm works best for direct drive 3D printers.
