So I finally got my colonists a styling station, and after painstakingly setting each colonist to their favorite dye, within 5 minutes some of them were already swapping out clothes for undyed pieces. There is a check box on the styling station pop up to reveal all available styles. It includes the beard tab for females, so you can delete the beard....
