How to blacklist websites

I want these sites to still exist in the future and I want to support them by letting them show me ads. But having to whitelist every single one of them is annoying. I'd rather just blacklist the sites that I visit most often, that have intrusive ads. I'm aware of the amount of tracking websites can do & other problems, but I want to take the risk.
