Suzuki eiger 400 carburetor

I have a 2007 Eiger 400 or 500. Not Sure. It will idle with the choke on, but when you hit the throttle it dies. Without the choke on, if I plug the vent line to the carb, the throttle will respond, but not idle. I have cleaned the carb and replaced the spring in the carb, but frustrated with the same result. Any help is appreciated!
