Symptoms before bfp

Just wondering so I can have some hope lol, I have zero CM and had zero during ovulation. I only had symptoms before my bfp with my first pregnancy. This time around I had none, they started to pick up at around 5-6 weeks! And I just recently now started to get more cervical mucus at 10 weeks!
