Ok so on the scale remember F band is automatic now after 1 year in E band. So assuming you got E band after 18 months you have 8.5 years of F band. On the pay table you go across row F every year for the first few years one spot. After that you go across one spot on F every 2 or 3 years. Example: Bob has been a tso for 5 years.
